ORDINANCE NO. 10,190
AN ORDINANCE FIXING TO VIM OF PAVEMENT OF PIERCE
STREET FROM THE SOUTH-IM OF "B " STREET TO THE NOS
LINE OF WOODLAWN STREET; ANDIFOR OWR PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Pierce Street comes to a dead end at the intersection
of "B " and Pierce Streets, is infrequently need, and will never be
used as a thoroughfare because of the topography and ownerships of
the land; and
WHEREAS, because of these reasons there is no necessity to
require a 30 -loot pavement on Pierce Street as hereinafter described
and it is desirable that the pavement on Pierce Street as hereinafter
a described be established at 27 feet; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TER CITY OF LITTLE ROCS,
ARKANSAS:
SECTIBN 1. That the width of pavement on Pierce Street from
the south line of "E " street to the north line of Woodlawn Street
be and the same is hereby fixed and established at 27 feet, with
an over -all width of 28 feet from back -of -curb to back -of -curb.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage.
