AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND CON-
TRACT FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF RADIO EQUIPMENT FOR THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT AND FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK FOR THE PERIOD OF JULY 14, 1956 THROUGH
JULY 292 1956 INCLUSIVE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and con-
tract for the maintenance of radio equipment for the Police
Department and Fire Department of the City of Little Rock for
the period of July 14, 1956 through July 29, 1956 inclusive.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
