AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 10,1963,
CLARIFYING THE DESCRIPTION OF ONE MOTORCYCLE TYPE SCOOTER
TO BE PURCHASED FOR USE OF THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE DEPART-
MENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 10,196 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized and requested to purchase one
Motorcycle Type Scooter with 1- cylinder 4 -cycle
air - cooled engine, cooling shroud, and equipped with
centrifugal clutch for use of the Little Rock Police
Department."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
