AN ORDINANC P ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 7888 TO PERMIT CON-
STRUCTION 0. ALL FETAL BUILDING AT THE FOOT OF ROCK STREET
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 7888 is hereby amend-
ed to permit construction of an all metal building 64 X 40
feet to be constructed by A. Tenenbaum Company obi the west
side of their building at the foot of Rock Street; said
building to be protected by sprinkler system.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
are hereby repealed and this existing Ordinance, being

necessary for the peace, welfare and safety of the citizens
of Little Rock, an( emergency is hereby declared and this
Ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval.
