AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AMID CITY CLERK TO ENTER
INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE ARKANSAS FORESTRY COMMISSION FOR
MARKING AND TALLYING TREES FOR SELECTIVE THINNING IN THE PARKS;
AND FOR OTHER, PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorised
to enter into an agreement with the Arkansas State Forestry Commission
for marking and tallying trees in the city parks.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance will be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
