AN ORDINANCE EMPLOYING CHRIS L. WRIGHT AS CONSULTING
ENGINEER FOR THE PURPOSE OF PREPARING PLANS AND _:_13PECIFICATIONS
AND SUPERVISING CONSTRUCTION WORK TO BE DONE ON WEST MARKHAM
STREET ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND ESTABLISHING
HIS COANPENSATION9 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCKS ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1.Chris L. Wright is hereby employed by the City
of Little Rock as consulting engineer for the purpose of preparing
plans and specifications and supervising the*.
he construction of a
permanent type four lane street from Hayes to Van Buren on West Markham
Street. His compensation shall be the customary engineering fee.of
the cost of this project performed on behalf of 'the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed* and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
