AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING VARIOUS SUMS
OF MATURING PRINCIPAL, CALLED PRINCIPAL,
AND PAYING AGENT'S CHARGES DUE AUGUST 1,
1956 ON VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOND
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI!Y OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the various
funds of the City of Little Rock the sums of money as herein recited for
payment of the City's obligations on various bond issues due August 1,
1956 and September 1, 1956, as follows:

3% AND 1 3/4% GENERAL OBLIGATION RIGHTS -OF -WAY STREET IMPROVEMENT BONDS

SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized
to issue the City's warrants on the respective funds and for the respective
amounts herein mentioned; and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to make
such arrangements as are necessary for the transmittal of these funds to
the proper paying agents to meet the due date.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
