AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $9654.02 FROM THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION
FUND; AND $383.77 FROM THE GARBAGE PLANT CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $9,654.02
from the Highway Construction Fund, and $383.77 from the Garbage Plant
Construction Fund, for payment of the following, to -wit:
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Big Rock Stone & Material Company $9,154.02
Mark G. Garver 500.00
$9,654.02
GARBAGE PLANT CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Choctaw, Inc. $ 12.03
Little Rock Municipal Waterworks 31,11.86
N. 0. Nelson Company 26.88
$ 383.77
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to issue the City's warrants to the parties named, in the amounts
mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and take effect
from and after its passage and approval.
