AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE TAKE BIDS FOR, AND
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE 6ONSTRUCTION OF CURB
AND GUTTER AND SURFACIMB TO BE DONE ON WEST MARKHAM
STREET ACCORDING TO PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS PREPARED
BY CHRIS L. WRIGHT* CONSULTING ENGINEERv AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES:
BS IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK$ ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Publie, Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and enter into
a contract for the construction of curb and gutter and surfacing to
be done on West Markham Street according to the plans and speelfications
prepared by Chris L. *ights consulting engineers employed by the
City of Little Rock for this project.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force a *d effect, from and after its passage and approval.
