ORDINANCE NO. 10,222
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE PUMP MOTOR FOR THE ASPHALT DISTRIBUTOR
FOR USE OF THE STREET DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LIT-
TLE ROCK AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $1,000.00, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby au-
thorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
one Pump Motor for the Asphalt Distributor for use of the Street
Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Pump Motor shall not ex-
ceed the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
