AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE TRAFFIC LIGHT CONTROLLER FOR USE BY THE
POLICE'DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
SE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1• The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorised and
directed to advertisep take bids for., and purchase one traffic light
controller for use by the Police Department of the City of Little Rock*
Said traffic light controller to be installed at the into action of
Markham and Chester Streets.
SECTION 29 The cost of such traffic light controller shall not
exceed the sun of four hundred and fifty dollars ($450.00)•
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
hereeith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
