ORDINANCE NO. 10,226
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE AND TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE SUPPLIES
FOR THE MILK AND DAIRY DEPARTMENT OF THE HEALTH DIVISION AT
A COST NOT TO EXCEED EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ($800) AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is here-
by authorized and requested to advertise and take bids for and
purchase the following supplies for the Milk and Dairy Depart-
ment:
SECTION 2. That the cost of the above supplies shall
not exceed the sum of Eight Hundred Dollars ($800).
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
