AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING BLOCKS NINE (9), TWENTY -FOUR (24),
AND TWENTY -FIVE (25).AND THE WEST HALF OF BLOCKS TEN (10) AND
TWENTY -THREE (23), LINCOLN PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; MENDING ORDINANCE 10. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be, and it is hereby, changed from "B" Residence District and "F" Com-
mercial District to "D" Apartment District: East side of Hayes Street
and both sides of Grant Street between "G" and Lee Streets, being Blocks
Nine (9 ), Twenty -four (24), and Twenty -five (25), and the west half of
Blocks Ten (10) and Twenty -three (23), Lincoln Park Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 as amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
