ORDINANCE N0. 10,230
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT SEVEN (7), AND THE SOUTH
SI%TEEN (16) FEET OF LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK ELEVEN (11),
AND LOT TWELVE (12), BLOCK.TWELVE (12), MARSHALL AND WOLFE'S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE -ROCK, ARKANSAS;.AMENDING.
ORDINANCE NO. 5420_AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Zone classification of the following property
be, and it is hereby, changed from "C" Two - family District to "F" Com-
mercial District: NW and SW corners of Marshall and West Tenth Streets,
being Lot Seven (7) and the south Sixteen (16) feet of Lot Eight (8),
Block Eleven (11), and Lot Twelve (12), Block Twelve (12), Marshall and
Wolfe's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 as amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
respeests necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
