AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED AND
NINETY - EIGHT DOLLARS AND THIRTY -ONE CENTS ($398.31)TO
PAY FOR A MOTOR SCOOTER WHOSE PURCHASE WAS AUTHORIZED BY
ORDINANCE 10,196 AS AMENDED BY 10,204 FOR THE USE OF THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of $398.31 is hereby appro-
priated to pay for a motor scooter purchased for the use
of the Police Department of the City of Little Rock, in con-
form taming with ordinance 10,196 as amended by ordinance
10,204.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
directed to issue the City's warrant in payment of $398.31
for this motor scooter.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
