AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIVE HUNDRED AND
Forty 5E d E81TH 'DOLLARS ($540) TO PAY THE UNPAID MEDICAL
BILLS OF PATROLMAN J. C. BROOKS, RESULTING FROM INJURIES
SUSTAINED IN LINE OF DUTY AND FOR OTMER PURPOSES.
B1 IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of $540 is hereby appro-
priated to pay the unpaid medical bills of patrolman, J. C.
Brooks, resulting from the treatment of injuries sustained
in a traffic accident in line of duty. That the unpaid bills
are as follows!
Drs. Eubanks & Armstrong (for treatment in
Baptist Hospital Nov. 2 &6, 1955) 20.00
Office Calls, Nov. 8 & 29, 1955 . . . . . . . . . 8.00
Dr. William E. Robbins (for dental care on
Oct. 17 & Dec. 20, 1955) . . . . . .310.00
Drs. Shuffield & Nixon, Sept. 10 through

Total unpaid $540.00
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are
directed to issue the City's warrants in payment of the
bills set forth in Section 1.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinan-
ces in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this or-
dinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
