AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE SUPPLIES
FOR THE USE OF THE DAIRY DIVISION OF THE HEALTH DEPARThENT
AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($250)
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and
purchase the following;
One set precision weights conforming the class "S" tolerance
range from 10 mg to 100 mg.
Six dozen Babcock butterfat test bottles for milk.
Six dozen Babcock butterfat test bottles for cream.
That this cost shall not exceed the sum of two hundred and
fifty dollars ($250).
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
