AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TM BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE A CLEANING
AND RINSING MACHINE FOR THE MECHANISMS OF THE PARKING METERS
AT A PRICE NOT TO EXCEED $300.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIM BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTId3 ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorised and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
a cleaning and rinsing machine for the mechanisms of the parking
meters.
SECTION 2. AU ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
