ORDINANCE NO. 10,251
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $4,916.37 FROM THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUC-
TION FUND ; AND $601.64 FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION
FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby apprq,priated the sum of
$4,916.37 from the Highway Construction Fund, and $601.64 from the
Fire Department Construction Fund, for payment of the following,
to -wit:
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Big Rock Stone & Material Company $42406.37
Burks Wrecking Company 10.00
Mark G. Garver 500.00
FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND: $42916.37
Rawland E. Blaylock & Associates $ 601.64
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the City's warrants to the parties named, in
the amounts mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and take
effect from and after its passage and approval.
