AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR_
CHASE TWO ( 2) ONE -TON WINDOW AIR CONDITIONERS FOR
THE 14ILK AND DAIRY DIVISION OF THE LITTLE ROCK HEALTH
DEPARTi'viENT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $750, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized and requested to advertise, take
bids for, and purchase two (2) one -ton window air
conditioners for the milk and dairy division of the
Little Flock Health Department at a cost not to exceed
seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750).
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
