HomeMy WebLinkAbout10255y • •�U ORDINANCE NO. 10*255 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR- CHASE 20,000 DAIRY FARM INSPECTION REPORTS FOR THE MILK AND DAIRY LABORATORY OF THE LITTLE ROCK HEALTH DEPARTMENT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $250.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur- chase 20,000 dairy farm inspection reports for the Milk and Dairy Laboratory of the Little Rock Health Department. SECTION 2. That the cost of said inspection reports shall not exceed the sum of Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars. SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
