AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE ELECTRIC TYPEWRITER FOR USE OF
THE CITY ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT AT A COST NOT TO
EXCEED $450.00, LESS TRADE -IN OF ONE ROYAL MANUAL
TYPEWRITER, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take Lids for, and pur-
chase one electric typewriter for use of the City
Engineering Department.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said typewriter shall not
exceed the sum of Four Hundred Fifty ($450.00) Dollars, less
trade -in of one Royal manual typewriter owned by the City of
Little Rock.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
