ORDINANCE NO. 109339
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $4,257.16 FROM THE HIGHWAY
CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $4,257.16
from the Highway Construction Fund for payment of the following, to -wit:
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Mark G. Garver 500.00
Big Rock Stone & Material Co. 3,757.16
$4,257.16
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are herehy authorized
and directed to issue the Cityls warrants to the parties named, in the
amounts mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and take
effect from and after its passage and approval.
