AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE 1000 POUNDS
STEEL BROOM WIRE AND 1000 POUNDS BASS FIBRE FOR USE OF THE
STREET DEPARTMENT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $600.00, 3ND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Thht the Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase 1000 pounds steel broom wire and 1000 pounds bass
fibre for use of the Street Department.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said wire and bass
fibre shall not exceed the sum of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00),
to be paid from the Road Fund for the Street Department of the
City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
