AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE ENGINE - GENERATOR AND BASE RADIO STATION
EQUIPPvZNT TO PROVIDE FOR Eiv1RGENCY CO1v,'v.UNICATION AND
LIGHTING FOR THE FIKE AND POLICE DEPARnZNTS, AT A
SUh. NOT TO EXCEED FOUR THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS
(:64700.00) AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT OIRDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE HOCK
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase one Engine - Generator and Base Radio Station equipment
to provide for emergency communication, and lighting for the
fire and police departments of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said equipment shall not
exceed the sum of Four Thousand, Seven Hundred Dollars ($4700.00).
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
