AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SU1',. OF FOUR HUNDRED,
EIGHTY -FOUR DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($484.50)TO PAY
FOR FIVE (5) PRii�,ARY OIL SVVITCHES, TYPE 1, TO BE
USED BY THE ELECTMIC DEPARTMENT WHOSE PURCHASE HAS BEEN
PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED BY ORDINANCE NO. 9955, AND FOR
OTHEh PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. The sum of Four Hundred, Eighty -Four Dollars
and Fifty Cents ($484.50) is hereby appropriated to pay for
five (5) primary oil switches, type 1, to be used by the
Electric Department. That the purchase of these switches
were previously authorized by Ordinance No. 9955 which was
passed October 31, 1955.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and appr ::val.
