AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO IET
A CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION CP A CLUB HOUSE AT THE
REBSAMEN PARK GOLF COURSE, APPROPRIATING $203,000.00 FROM
THE PARK DEVELOPMENT FUND , AND FOR OTi RR PURPOSES.
BE IT CRDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTIE ROCK, ARKMASs
SECTION 1. Whereas the Board of Public Affairs has advertised and
taken bids for the construction of a Club House at the Rebsamen Park
Golf Course, as directed by Ordimnce No. 10,152, the Board of Public
Affairs is hereby authorised to let a contract for the construction
of the Club House.
SECTION 2. The sum of $2O,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the
Park Development Fund to be used for the construction of a Club House
at the Rebsamen Park Golf Course.
SECTION 3. A11 ordimnces and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordimnoe will be in full effect
from and after its passage and approval.
