AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO ADVERTISE TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE NINETEEN MATTRESSES FOR
USE OF THE LITTLE ROCK FIRE DEPARTMENT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED
$570900! TO BE PAID FROM THE GENERAL FUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
nineteen (19) mattresses for use of the Little Rock Fire Department.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said mattresses ` shall not
exceed the sum of Five Hundred Seventy Dollars ($570.00), said sum
to be paid from the General Fund.
SECTION 39 That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
