AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $2,000.00 FOR
THE PAYMENT TO RAWLAND E. BLAYLOCK & ASSOCIATES, CON-
SULTING ENGINEERS, FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES RENDERED
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK IN CONNECTION WITH THE
INSTALLATION OF THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars to be paid to Rawland E. Blay-
lock & Associates in complete and full settlement of any and
all claims which said Rawland E. Blaylock & Associates has
against the City of Little Rock for services rendered in con-
nection with the installation of the Fire Alarm System, which
services, according to the Engineering Contract, entitled said
Engineering Company to additional compensation.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the City's warrant in. the sum
of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
