AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE ON PIERCE
STREET FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF "H" STREET TO THE
NORTH LINE OF W0012JWN AVENUE.

138 IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS t
SECTION 1. The grade of Pierce Street from the south
lime of "H" Street to the north litre of Woodlawn Avenue be and the
same is hereby established as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the south line of
"H" Street with the center line of Pierce Street;
thence fall 13.0 feet to the center of the intersection
of Pierce and "G" Streets; thence fall 1 7.4 feet to the
center of the intersection of Pierce and "F" Streets;
thence fall 2.0 feet to the intersection of the center
line of Pierce Street with the north line of Woodlawn
Avenue.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall.be
in full force and effect from and after its passage.
