AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING DEDICATION BY DEDICATION DEED FROM
R. B. PITCOCK OF TWO SEPARATE TRACTS OF LAND, EACH 50 FEET
WIDE; ONE OF SAID TRACTS TO BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF EX-
TENSION AND COMPLETION OF ROCKWOOD ROAD IN KINGWOOD PLACE,
AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, NORTH 60031' WEST
TO THE WEST AND NORTH LINES OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 2
NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS; AND THE
SECOND OF SAID TRACTS TO BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXTEN-
SION AND COMPLETION OF KINGWOOD ROAD IN KINGWOOD PLACE, AN
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, NORTH 60031' WEST TO
THE WEST LINE OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 13
WEST, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK-
ANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the City of Little Rock, Arkansas hereby ac-
cepts, for the purpose of extension and completion of Rockwood Road
and Kingwood Road in Kingwood Place, an Addition to the City of
Little Rock, two separate tracts of land in Pulaski County, Arkansas,
described as follows, to -wit:
Kingwood Place
Part of Tract R beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 25,
Township 2 North, Range 13 West, which is the Northwest corner
of Tract R; thence South 88031' East along the North line of
Section 25 which is the North line of Tract R, 31.6 feet to a
point on the North line of Rockwood Road extended; thence South
60031' East 244 feet along the North line of Rockwood Road ex-
tended to the Southwest corner of Lot 339; thence South 29029'
West across Rockwood Road 50 feet to a point on the South line
of Rockwood Road extended; thence North 60031' West 251.1 feet
along the South line of Rockwood Road extended to a point on
the West line of Section 25 and Tract R; thence North 0004'
West along West line 39.7 feet to point of beginning;
Kingwood Place
Part of Tract R beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 25,
Township 2 North, Range 13 West which is the Northwest corner of
Tract R; thence South 0004' East along the West line of said Sec-
tion 25, 315.7 feet to a point of beginning which point is on the
North line of Kingwood Road extended; thence South 60031' East
along the North line of Kingwood Road extended 136.5 feet to the
West line of Beltwood Road in Kingwood Place; thence South 29029'
West across Kingwood Road 50 feet; thence North 60031' West along
South line of Rockwood Road extended to a point on the West line
of Section 25, which is also the West line of Tract R; thence
North 0004' West 57.5 feet to point of beginning;
deeded to the City of Little Rock by Dedication Deed from R. B. Pit-
cock so long as said tracts of land shall be used as public streets.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in

full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
