ORDINANCE NO. 10,289
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE FOR USE OF THE LITTLE ROCK FIRE DEPARTMENT
3,000 FEET OF 12 -INCH HOSE AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED
$1.40 PER FOOT, $4,200.00; 2,500 FEET OF 22 -INCH
HOSE AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $1.97 PER FOOT, $4,925.00;
AND 500 FEET OF 3/4 -INCH BOOSTER HOSE AT A COST NOT TO
EXCEED $.70 PER FOOT, $350.00; THE TOTAL COST FOR SAID
HOSE NOT TO EXCEED $9,475.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase for use of the Little Rock Fire Department the following
items:

SECTION 2. That the cost of said hose shall not exceed
the sum of Nine Thousand Four Hundred Seventy -Five ($9,475.00)
Dollars) said stmt to be paid from the General Fund of the City.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance

shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
