AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE VARIOUS REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR TRAFFIC LIGHTS
FOR USE BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase various replace-
ment parts for traffic lights, for use by the Police Department of the
City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The cost of such replacement parts shall not exceed
the sum of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00).
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
