AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 10,193 IN ITS
ENTIRETY, ESTABLISHING THE SALARY OF A SECRETARY FOh
THE CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE LOCATED IN THE CITY HALL
AT TVVO HUNDRED AND TEN DOLLARS ($210) EVERY FOUR
4YEEKS, PROVIDING FOR IT TO BEGIN AS OF AUGUST 25, 1956,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TmE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That a position of secretary is hereby
established for the City Attorney's office in the City
Hall at a salary of two hundred and ten dollars ($210)
every four weeks. Said position to be filled by appoint-
ment of the City Attorney.
SECTION 2. That ordinance No. 10,193 is hereby re-
pealed in its entirety, and all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict therewith are hereby repealed,
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect as
of August 25, 1956.
