AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION NO. 17 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9006,
AS AMENDED, BY CREATING THE POSITION OF MECHANIC, AND FIXING
THE SALARIES OF SENIOR DRIVER AND PREMISE INSPECTORS IN THE
SANITATION DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The position of Mechanic in the Sanitation Department
is hereby created.
SECTION 2, Section No. 17 of Ordinance No. 9006, as amended, is
hereby
amended to read as

SECTION 3. The salaries of the above described employees shall be
paid as provided for in Ordinance No. 9006, as amended.
SECTION 4, That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after January 1, 1957-
