HomeMy WebLinkAbout10382ORDINANCE NO. 10,382 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED, EIGHT DOLLARS, AND FIFTY CENTS ($208.50) TO PAY FOR AN ACCIDENT WHICH HAPPENED TO R. L. ROSS WHEN HIT BY A CAR DRIVEN BY CITY EMPLOYEE GRADY KAISNER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That the sum of Two Hundred Eight Dollars and Fifty Cents ($208.50) is hereby appropriated to pay for an accident which happened to R. L. Ross on the 24th of October at 13th and Booker Streets, by reason of being hit by driver of truck X -130 whose name is Grady Kaisner of the City of Little Rock, and employed in the City Pound Department. SECTION 2. The sum $208.50 will constitute full and complete settlement by and between the City of Little Rock and R. L. Ross and hereby releases the City of Little Rock of all claims pending against the City of Little Rock due to said accident. SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
