ORDINANCE NO. 10,394
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING VARIOUS SUMS OF MONEY FOR PAYMENTS
OF MATURING PRINCIPAL, CALLED PRINCIPAL, SEMI - ANNUAL INTEREST,
AND PAYING AGENT'S CHARGES DUE FEBRUARY 1, 1957 AND MARCH 1,
1957 ON VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOND ISSUES; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the various
funds of the City of Little Rock the sums of money as herein recited
for payment of the City's obligations on various bond issues due
February 1, 1957 and March 1, 1957, as follows:
FEBRUARY 1, 1957
3/ AND 1 3/4% GENERAL OBLIGATION RIGHTS -OF -WAY STREET IMPROVEMENT BONDS
OF 1953 - HIGHWAY BOND FUND:

SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized
to issue the City's warrants on the respective funds and for the
respective amounts herein mentioned; and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to make such arrangements as are necessary for the trans-
mittal of these funds to the proper paying agents to meet the due date.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
