AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO PURCHASE ONE PASSENGER CAR FOR THE
SANITATION DEPARTMENT,AND APPROPRIATE A SUM NOT TO
EXCEED $1,200.00 OUT OF THE GENERAL FUND PLUS TRADE -
IN OF ONE 1951 CHEVROLET COUPE A-60, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0X LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby requested to
purchase one passenger car to be used in the Sanitation Department. The
purchase price not to exceed Twelve Hundred ($19200.00) Dollars plus trade-
in of one 1951 Chevrolet Coupe ,X -60.
SECTION 2. The sum of Twelve Hundred ($1,200.00) Dollars is
hereby appropriated out of the general fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
