AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), AND
THREE (3), BLOCK TWO (2), REYBURN AND WRIGHT'S ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property, be, and it is hereby, changed from "C" Two - family District
to "D" Apartment District: The southwest corner of 5th and Cedar
Streets, being Lots One (1), Two (2), and Three (3), Block Two (2),
Rayburn and Wright's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
