ORDINANCE NO. 10,413
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), AND
TWELVE (12) AND THE NORTH ONE -HALF OF LOT ELEVEN (11),
BLOCK TWO (2)9.CENTENNIAL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSASx
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be, and it is hereby, changed from "C" Two - family District
to "F" Commercial Districts The south side of Twelfth (12th) Street
between High and Bishop Streets, being Lots One (1), Two (2), and
Twelve (12) and the North one -half (1/2) of Lot Eleven (11), Block
Two (2), Centennial Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance
No. 54.20 as amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
