ORDINANCE N0. 10, 417
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS SEVEN (7), EIGHT (8), AND
NINE (9), BLOCK FOUR HUNDRED TWELVE (412), COMPTON'S SUB-
DIVISION OF LINCOLN AND ZIK024AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AND LOTS ONE (1) TWO (2), AND THREE
(3), BLOCK ONE (1), FITZGERALD'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RACK,
ARKMSASs
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be, and it is hereby, changed from "CN Two- family District
to "F" Commercial Districts The northeast and southeast corners of
Maryland Avenue and Bishop Streets, being Lots Seven (7), Eight (8),
and Nine (9), Block Four Hundred Twelve (412), Compton's Subdivision
of Lincoln and Zimmerman Addition and Lots One (1), Two (2), and
Three (3), Block One (1), Fitzgerald's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
