AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STREET IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO, 612 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS parties claiming to be the owners of two - thirds
(2/3) in assessed value of the property located within the territory
hereinafter described have filed a petition praying that an Improve-
ment District be established for the purpose hereinafter set out;
and
WHEREAS after due notice as required by law, the City
Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas has heard all parties
desiring to be heard and has determined that said petition was
signed by the owners of two- thirds (2/3) in assessed value of real
property within said territory;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That there is hereby established an Improve-
ment District embracing the following property located in the City
of Little Rock, County of Pulaski and State of Arkansas, to -wit:
Pine Manor Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being Lots One (1)
to Fifty -Four (54), inclusive, with the ex-
ception of Lot Seventeen (17) and the streets
as platted in said Pine Manor Addition;
for the purpose of curbing, guttering, paving and providing storm
drainage for the following streets lying within the limits aforesaid,
to -wit:
Pine Manor Drive and the short street at the
east end of the Addition connecting Pine Manor
Drive and Ranch Valley Road
in the manner and of the materials that the Commissioners for the
District to be hereafter appointed shall deem for the best interests
of the District. The said Commissioners may provide for such grading,
ditching, turn,outs, sewers, catch basins and other work as are
necessary for the proper completion and maintenance of the project.
The cost of the project shall be assessed upon the real property in
the District according to the benefits received.

Section 2. That the District shall be known as Street
Improvement District No. 612 of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
Joe Hardin , No Phelps
and D. H. Garner are hereby named Commissioners,
who shall compose the Board of Improvement for said District.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
