ORDINANCE NO. 10,420
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 23 OF ORDINANCE NO. 7552,
ESTABLISHING BUDGET PROCEDURE FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ESTABLISHING A SYSTEM OF PRE -AUDIT BUDGET CONTROL,
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 10,004, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 23 of Ordinance No. 7552 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Section 23. Reserve Fund. There shall be established a
reserve fund of general fund money in the budget of an amount
equal to one percent of the total anticipated revenues of the
general fund for the budget year, or a minimum of $25,000.00,
whichever is the greater, No money from the-Auto or Road Fund
shall be used in establishing this reserve."
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 102004 is hereby repealed in its
entirety.
SECTION 3,: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
