AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUN! OF THREE HUNDRED AND
SIXTY DOLLARS TO PAY THE PREMIUM ON THE CITY TREASURER'S
BOND TO J. C. HARDER AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Three Hundred and Sixty Dollars
($360.00) is hereby appropriated to pay the premium on the Public
Official Bond of Mrs. Ethel Schmand, City Treasurer, to J. C.
Harder.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
