AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE AUTOMOBILE WITH TRADE -IN, FOR USE BY THE
ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase one automobile with
trade -in, for use by the Electric Department,
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
