AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $lsOOO.00 FROM THE
GENERAL FUND AND $669.23 FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CON -
STRUCTION FUND TO PAY FOR 30 BUNKER SUITS AND 30 HELMETS
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 10,403,
FOR USE IN THE FIRE DEPARTMENT;AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of $10000.00 from the General Fund
and $669.23 from the Fire Department Construction Fund is hereby
appropriated to pay for bunker suits and helmets purchased in accor-
dance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 10,403, for use in the
Fire Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
