AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING `THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND
PURCHASE A ONE -HALF TON.PICK -UP TRUCK NOT 10 EXCEED
$19100.00 PLUS TRADE -IN FOR
THE CITY POUND; AND FOR OTHIR PURPOSES
BE If ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs
is hereby authorized and requested to advertise, take bids
for, and purchase a one -half ton pick -up truck for the
,City Pound.
SECTION 2. That cost of said +ruck shall
no+ exceed $1,100.00 plus trade -in of 1951 Chevrolet buck.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
