AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE THREE.(3) JACK HAMMERS AT.A TRICE NOT TO EXCEED
ONE THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRT DOLLARS ($1,400.00) TO-
GETHER WITH TWO (2) TRADE —INS, FOR USE OF THE STREET
DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
ARKANSAS:
SECTION I. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase three (3) jack hammers for the Street Department at a
cost not to exceed one thousand, four hundred dollars, ($1,400.00)
together with the trade —in of two (2) jack hammers.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
