AN OR DINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO PURCHASE ONE SPRLYER— DUSTER
UNIT FOR THE MALARIA CONTROL DIVISION, AND APPROP-
RIATE A SUM NOT TO EXCEED $1,000.00 OUT OF THE
GENERAL FUND, AND FOP, OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COLDICIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby requested
to purchase one Spryaer Duster Unit for the Malaria Control Division.
The purchase price not to exceed One Thousand ($13,000.00) Dollars.
SECTION 2. The sum of One Thousand ($12000.00) Dollars is
hereby appropriated out of the general fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
