ORDINANCE NO. 10,471
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING A SUM OF MONEY NOT TO EXCEED
NIX HUNDRED, SEVENTY -FIVE DOLLARS FOR THE PURCHASE OF
ONE TRAFFIC LIGHT WITH TIMING FIXTURES TO BE PLACED AT
THE INTERSECTION OF WRIGHT AVENUE AND HIGH STREETS, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That a sum of money not to exceed six hundred,
seventy -five dollars ($675.00) is hereby appropriated to pur-
chase one traffic light with timing fixtures to be placed
at the intersection of Wright Avenue and High Streets.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
